Not really (but kinda) related to his podcast but one thing that has always stuck out to me about David (even the years when I was really mad at him iykyk) is his long-standing friendships, both in the industry and outside of it. Many lifelong. To me that speaks volumes about a person, so much more than they can say about themselves. The ability to do that. It says something.
