I have this peak theory about Leander and it's like so you know how Leander has massive mitties? Well, I believe that they're actually fake and that he's stealing them from people that he knows won't be missed. That's why he pays such close attention to the comings and goings of people. So, after the sucks the tit out of people and injecting it into his self he kills them off so there are no witnesses. I believe this to the "necessary violence" he speaks of. To keep his charm. Now, you may be thinking "but why is this necessary? Couldn't he charm people with something else?" And my response is that I believe he tried. The last attempt is the reason why his hair looks, well, dumb. Far too many of the hoes didn't like it, but he grew far too attached to it. That's why it's listed in his bio that he likes his hair. But he has to take the tits off people very often and this causes a problem. How many people's breasts can he snatch before people get suspicious? And this is where Ais comes in. Monsters are said to have a longer lifespan (we know this because Vere is said to be 100) so if he managed to take Ais' magic monster tits he wouldn't have to worry about doing it ever again. Less killing, less suspicious, so more people will like him. At first, I think Leander attempted to seduce and kill him, saying Ais (for whatever reason) knows his sexual preferences(?) (Not sure that's how you'd say that) but he failed, so now he's trying to poison him. So yeah, that's my theory, very intelligent and logical I know.
