Never DISRESPECT the woman who made sure you were okay…
when no one else even thought to check.
Because that woman? She didn’t love you for what you had. She loved you for who you were... even when you didn’t love yourself. She showed up for you in silence. She was there in the moments that didn’t make it to social media. The late-night breakdowns, the mood swings, the days you didn’t have the energy to be strong... she stayed. Not because she had to… but because she wanted to.
She was your peace in a world that constantly made you feel like you had to fight to survive. She was your safe space. Your comfort. The one person who saw you at your worst and didn’t flinch. Who listened when you couldn’t explain, held you when you couldn’t speak, and supported you without keeping score.
And somehow… you forgot all of that.
You started treating her like she was disposable. Like her presence was guaranteed. Like her heart could be taken for granted because she was “too loyal to leave.” You let the world distract you. You gave energy to people who weren’t there when your world was falling apart… and overlooked the one woman who held it together for you.
But let me tell you something... there’s nothing more dangerous than a woman who loved you deeply and finally realized she deserved better.
So don’t wait until she’s gone to appreciate what she brought to your life. Don’t wait until she’s silent to realize how loud her love really was. Because once she’s done, she’s done. Not because she stopped caring, but because she finally started caring for herself.
Never disrespect the woman who stood by you when you had nothing…
Because one day you might have everything, and still feel empty without her.

Is the F1 fandom in the knowledge of that person creating an “audible for ao3” and taking fics without asking the consent of authors?
It’s a thing where you need to opt out (not opt in) to make sure your fics aren’t on it, but even that could not be enough to do so. You can also restraint your fics to user only for now and it should also block the links from this platform.
Here’s a thread on Reddit where they talk about it and have a video of the creator.
Least to say I am not comfortable with my fics being shared out of ao3, especially given I write RPF. RPF is already controversial as a whole, but at least ao3 can give it a bit of security, now it’s being brought on a whole new platform? Control is being taken from us for profit.
You can also think that some recognition that should have gone on your fic will instead go on this app. Away from ao3
Stay safe, dear RPF writers, and ao3 writers in general.
