yup!! on snowy sunrise, here are my reasons for it beyond This is Rubys baby

i imagine robert was Very happy to have a baby Under His Name. so yknow. take that from him

its a way to respect her og name and the symbolism behind it without giving it away <3

"snowy sunrise" is meant to mean something similiar to winter solstice, a silver lining. even in the worst winters, there are snowy sunrises that remind you why things are beautiful.. a good thing out of a bad situation.

the sunrise part also is bc like. if the rest of her marriage with robert was the night, she was sols sunrise. the thing that ended the night.

hey!! you're not dumb at all lol dw. so basically, you send in a "complaint" which is basically just a scenario you want me to write out and then you choose which one from the "you may receive" options.

A custom drabble — is shorter responses ranging from about 500-800 words. it's basically like the scenerio u wanted written out

A private follow-up report — is just an in-character message from a staff member of ur choice or Aeryn (me! as the concierge of this fine establishment). this one isn't rlly fun on it's own so its more like an add on to either the drabble or the formal investigation.

An internal service memo — is a playful little snippet revealing staff reactions or gossip. little drabbles OR fake texts in the staff group chat. again, this is more fun as an add on.

A formal investigation — is an extended version of the custom drabble and is minimum 1000 words with no max cuz sometimes i get super carried away lmao.

gale's many and varied ravens seeing him absorb an item for arcane hunger, concluding he Eats Shinies, and constantly bringing him anything shiny they see. his pack is just full to the brim of pieces of scrap metal, coins, jewellery, and various and sundry other junk, because he doesn't have the heart to throw any of it away, they were gifts!! (bonus: one time they do bring him an enchanted necklace and he's like WHERE DID YOU EVEN FIND THAT)
