but whose going to go strawberry picking with amelia hm?
So what if your muse and Feris were slowly getting closer to each other, guards being let down, life stories shared, vulnerabilities bared, starting to get to the point neither can really imagine not being without the trust and loyalty they share-- and then one day Feris is just gone. Not much beside a painfully vague note, perhaps not even that. Completely ghosted. (Because lord knows this man has serious commitment issues even when he wants someone to be as consistent in his life as possible considering part of his whole schtick is being a guide and summonable champion).
And then months, maybe years if we really want to amp it up, later they come across each other again- maybe on accident, maybe because Feris was seeking your muse out again, who knows! But absolutely nothing seems to have physically changed and he's maybe trying to act like he didn't disappear off the face of the earth. What then. I just think it'd be a neat relationship to write out!
A really fun kind-of plot with Aoki would be a “they’re neighbors/in the same apartment complex and see each other fairly often, except it’s becoming more and more obvious that something is exceptionally wrong here.” Because, well, try as he might to blend in, the necessary habits he has for work make him stick out like a sore thumb. And there’s the fact that he’s a monster, not a human (which could play far less of a role if the given setting they’re in is more centered on the unnatural, but even then he tries to keep as much of his identity under wraps as I can, particularly the specifics of what he is).
I just adore the idea of him getting into a bit of a routine with a neighbor, without really realizing it-- little things like seeing each other about the same time every other night while they smoke or just step out for fresh air, they come home/leave at similar times, frequent the same nearby shops, etc. And that’s what makes the cracks in the facade start appearing. The mundanity should help his cover, but it’s what would eventually start to peel it off little at a time. As much as he’d like it to be, the little nothings in every day life are not normal for him; try as he might to make it be so, he’s not very practiced at it. A number of things that could go wrong will go wrong. And it really all depends how the relationship develops as to how that will go.
And also-- bonus points if the other party in question has a few skeletons in the closet or something more going on that they’re also hiding. Or bonus points if they’re just a fella! Just a person living their life!
I need more ships where i get to write ladies. I heavily write men and it's a little zzz doing it every time. Pls and thank you.
also want Yuna and/or Rikku and/or the Gullwings to ‘kidnap’ Anna to go travelling around Spira with. let her come along on a sphere hunting gig or something. let the woman see Spira from a different angle, that’s all I want.
@ anon u did this to me
CATLAD AU
group homes were better than juvie. and wasn’t THAT a low bar. dick grayson lost his parents, lost his home, lost his LIFE all with the simple snapping of a cord and now he’s grounded to what the news affectionately calls “america’s asshole”. gotham isn’t bright. it doesn’t have people that want to help, or care, or do anything other than hurt one another. dick swears he’ll never be like them. and for a month that lasts. at first it’s simple stuff from bigger organizations. big chain stores and corporations that won’t miss anything while its gone. bread, cheese, stuff he can swipe and get away with. but other kids in his group home are hungry too, and he starts to get attention. he’s good. TOO good. he’s the son of acrobats, he can make the jumps no one else can and he’s got enough street smarts to keep him out of anything overly dicey. one night he goes for something bigger. something he can sell and maybe pawn for some extra cash to last them AT LEAST a months worth of groceries. but when his feet land on the roof that night, he’s not alone. sure, he’s heard of catwoman. but he never thought nobody grayson would ever come face to face. at first selina is hesitant. dick’s YOUNG, too young to be apart of all of this but she’s been where he is, and damn if she isn’t impressed by the little boy that could. they finish the job, she gives him a piece of the profit and they separate ways. it goes on like this for a few weeks, meeting up by pure chance, using each others natural talents to do what no one else could. he’s hot on the trail for the man who killed his parents, and vengeance is still at the forefront of his mind, but survival takes prominence. he gets word about tony zucco and makes his plans for revenge, but by then dick gets the notice that he’s being sent back to juvie for overpopulation. he can’t go back, and frankly he WON’T and the next time he sees catwoman, it’s when he’s trying to fashion a cardboard roof over his head, if only for the night. he’s young, and angry, and scared and selina takes him in. there’s so much ANGER directed at tony zucco and while dick won’t stop, selina knows of one way to get his mind off of it. catlad is born.
me thinking of all the ways i can turn oscar into so.ra.
