Having one of those nights where watching them fade feels really scary. It feels like I'm losing a part of myself, it makes it harder to not relapse but I'm going to push through if I can, the feeling will go away eventually
#if anyone has any tips for dealing with dear around them fading that would be SO appreciated#**fear#it is one of the hardest things for me recovery wise#which ig is what I'm doing nowadays haha#goes without saying that this isn't encouraging anyone to relapse#just trying to help people feel less alone if they also feel like this abt something that is supposed to be a good thing#I think this is a pretty common feeling tbh but you never know#it does suck though#but on the plus side I'm 2.5 months clean :D and it's been way longer since I had a really bad/continuous relapse#progress babey#tw sh recovery
