I assume everyone knows this but just in case you didn’t, the “Civil War Prelude” comics Marvel is putting out are not preludes like we’ve gotten for a lot of the previous movies with fill-in-the-canon-blank stories, but rather adaptations of both Iron Man 3 and Cap 2.

So the first two issues were IM3.

And the third issue, coming out this Wednesday, is going to be the start of adapting Cap2 to comic book form.
