[SINEAD] Ivan! Good to see you, how was your flight in?
[IVAN] Good to see you as well, Sinéad! Not bad, how have you been?
[SINEAD] I've been well! Business has been great.A good friend of mine is looking after the horses over night so I can celebrate with everyone tonight!
[IVAN] Oh, excellent! Must leave you with a peace of mind, huh?
[SINÉAD] For sure! Please, make yourself at home. The guys are upstairs working, but they should be done shortly.
[IVAN] Does Ben have any idea I'm here?
[SINÉAD] Nope! I only told the guys to make sure one of the guest rooms was available for you.
[SINÉAD] Oh, Caroline! This is Ben's "surprise" his brother, Ivan! didn't you both graduate from university in the same year? Surely you've met before. Ivan, this is Owen O'Shaughnessy's younger sister.
[IVAN] Oh, I remember Caroline! Good to see you again.
[CAROLINE] Ivan, it's good to see you as well. It's been awhile, how have you been?
[IVAN] It's been 3ish years, no? Keeping myself busy with work, which is a good and a not so good thing depending on how you look at it! How have you been?
[CAROLINE] Has it really been that long? I'm alright, work is steady. Still living with Ella Griffin and Sabrina Landgraab in our apartment in San Myshuno. I just spend a week with my dad in Brindleton Bay, which was much needed. Are you in town just for Ben's birthday?
[IVAN] Yeah, I moved to San Sequoia right after graduation for work. I'm visiting family for the weekend, but l'll actually be in San Myshuno at Rainy Day during the week. I'ye been doing some freelance work for them!
[CAROLINE] Yeah! Owen told me that you've been wonderful to work with and have been really helpful.
[IVAN] Owen has been fantastic to work with, same with Nate! They both have spoken highly of yo-
*Ben, Owen and Nate chatter as they come downstairs*
[BEN] Wait, no way!

[OWEN] Ivan! What a pleasant surprise!
[BEN] What the hell? I thought you were busy this weekend!
[IVAN] Yeah, busy coming to Windenburg to surprise you! You can thank Sinéad for this one.
[BEN] As if I couldn't love her any more than I do! Well I'm happy to see you bro.
