Okay question to my fellow knitters: normally I knit raglan sweaters but this time I didn't and I had to knit up some stitches for the v-neck. On one side these hole have appeared now, does anyone know what I might have done wrong? And is this something I can fix later or do I have to start over with the neck?

Please help, I don't really know who else to ask about this
