BUMPING INTO YOU ◊ BRIDGET & TABRETT

She always took pride in being grounded, resilient, and discreet in everything she does because it was the kind of life she had set herself into having but Tabrett knew that she was the last person on earth to be close to being perfect. A great example was her behavior this morning when she couldn't help but write something a little bit passive aggressive online when talking to an acquaintance, which would warrant an appointment with a therapist more than she would like to admit but she's go over her way to make sure that it doesn't happen because Tabrett Bethell is a very stable individual and Tabrett Bethell doesn't let anything get to her. Maybe it was the long days at work, the mediocre relationships, or waking up one day at thirty five and already feeling like the clock is ticking. Normally she would I've her beloved Mum a ring or talk to one of her girl friends, but she was one of those people who preferred to be alone and find ways to let it all out. And so, despite the unflattering display of dark grey t-shirt, floral-patterned jeggings, and reading glasses, she left her MacBook Pro open on the coffee table and grabbed her purse for $50. She was going to get a Macchiatto and head to the beach for a long luxurious walk and spend the rest of her day off in the Cabana. Tabrett liked going down because the ambiance of the first floor is great. She was getting in a slightly better mood even if she has to take two trips in the elevator because she forgot to leave some milk for Mischa. She decided she was going to be in a better mood until she saw the back of the head of the last person she wanted to see. Then, she just turned around desperate to skip Starbucks and find the nearest exit.
