its funny reading about all these undertale characters on tv tropes bc you get to like, chara and everything has to be prefaced with ‘if you theorise’ or ‘if you interpret’ because their characterisation is so damn vague after barely seeing them
#me watching people hotly debate in youtube comments on the game's soundtrack and resting easy bc i only played pacifist#so i never encountered them anyway and i dont need to interpret them <3#(well ofc i did neutral first bc i had to but u get me)#but yes its like ariel said. they'e been gone a long time#*asriel#luke rambles#like i do have an interpretation i suppose but it doesnt really matter one way or the othother#but yeah my point is i genuinely dont think you can pull a canon characteristion for them out indefinitely#no matter how conident u feel#its not like people getting characterisation wrong for a character we see heavil#*heavily#we get pieces#and the sheer variety in how they're interpreted is enough to prove how vague the core game is with them i think#ut
