I discovered a German band on a French/Italian movie the other day so since I’m forced to wait here doing nothing let’s check more of their stuff
[sneaks up to you] hey so uhh, I know nothing about formatting and backgrounds and such, what can be improved on these? not the characters, everything else. lines are also okay 👍

11. What was your favorite book that has been out for a while, but you just now read?
The real answer is Epic of Gilgamesh, I think it clears that "been out for a while" bar easily. But it really struck me how despite this text being ancient the themes, love and grief, are so eternal. We are still asking ourselves the same question Gilgamesh does, why do we have to die, why do we have to see our loved ones die. Gilgamesh 's disgust over his beloved Enkidu's body rotting, how cruel it seemed. There is something about the shared experiences of humanity over centuries that really fucking gets me.
16. What is the most over-hyped book you read this year?
The real answer is Crime and Punishment, but since I already complained about that one, I'll say Flowers in the Attic. Not that it wasn't compelling, it was, but the horror/depravity of it is a bit overhyped. But I do understand most ppl encountered this book as a teen, so it might have been the most fucked up thing someone encountered then. But three different book podcasts I've listened to covered this book and played up being horrified. I feel like Ianthe looking at Harrow going "well what book doesn't have child abuse that leads to incest"
17. Did any books surprise you with how good they were?
I found Scum Villain's Self Saving System to be really entertaining. I didn't know much about it past "yaoi" but I actually find the plot of a guy stuck inside a webnovel he obsessively hate-read very fun. Lots of poking fun at fandom, I'm now on the second book
i like your ghost but he’s kinda giving skull only a half of jaw but it’s like. kinda long
yeah someone else said its giving skull too :/ so either i need to get somebody to take it as is or i need to adjust so its actually a skull 🤔
I don’t really care for April, but she is really pretty.
seeing who people i went to high school with became is so weird. there’s the weird loner guy i was friends with until he became romantically obsessed with me and made me extremely uncomfortable to the point i refused to ever be alone with him who became a christian extremist incel and also ran for his state house of reps as a libertarian. there’s the pakistani girl who was raised muslim and bullied for it who i was also friends with until she called me a dyke who is now a sorority christian girl who disowned her family (her family was awesome btw her mom was the best and my no. 1 ally against my own mom’s homophobia.) and there’s the super annoying gay guy i hated so so much who also became a christian extremist and is a trump supporter who went back in the closet. and there are many other such cases!
the more i see promo for HOTD S2 going around my dash with so little of Helaena or Phia in them, the more i'm starting to believe that theory Helaena is going to die early 🥴
