AHH THIS IS SO SWEET THANK U SO MUCH, I’m so flattered that u think that honestly AAAAAAAAAA HONESTLY I think I’m a very zen person altogether? but when I get stressed I usually (and this is probably so generic) just distract myself with games, or tiktok, or anime for a bit. I’ll make myself some tea, curl into my sofa, and just chuck my brain into the bin for a moment so I can unwind and reset it.
If it’s something that’s kinda lingering, like an approaching deadline or certain responsibilities that I haven’t fulfilled, I honestly scream and cry it out HAHAHA it’s really cathartic tbh!! but at the end of the day, I always remind myself that— it is what it is. If I’ve procrastinated on something, that’s on me and I’ll learn from the consequences. BUT I TRY NOT TO LET LITTLE THINGS BOTHER ME, I think over time my stress tolerance has skyrocketed hahahahaha and that’s with constantly reminding myself that it’s not that deep. Will it realistically affect me a week from now? a month?
