imagine being kiyoi's top fan, recognized by both kiyoi's management and kiyoi's fans (even hira knows about her) and she's aware of this sus fan of kiyoi, dubbed by management and fans themselves as "suspicious-kun" and she normally don't care about him cz kiyoi's more important. plus based on one conversation she had with said suspicious-kun, he's just a basic fanboy. bit weird on his choice of clothings but basic and normal fanboy nonetheless. then when this said suspicious-kun gets really suspicious and she had to actually report said fanboy. here comes kiyoi sou. the one and only bias. the oshi. and said oshi tells pan-neesan that this suspicious-kun fanboy is thee oshi's lover.
