About Wild Cards (again):

If you were/are a fan of Riverdale (esp. sleuthing Bughead, the cast), Nancy Drew (the Drew crew, Nace, the detective aspect of it, not the supernatural, but later to that), and especially Lucifer (Deckerstar, the det. stuff) - you will very likely enjoy this show, too.

I would describe it as a fun and lighthearted - with a little bit of angst, I must say - procedural romcom with a very pretty (imo, hehe) leading duo. Good acting, but not outstanding (again, my humble opinion). The murder/detective stuff is serious, but not too serious. The romcom and detective/cops* thingy has a nice balance, I would say. It's not supernatural, BUT there may or may not be an episode- and here is where I shut up. Lol

The series was only recently renewed for two more seasons which I'm very happy about. 😊

Don't expect something outstanding, but it is in my opinion really good and I want to recommend it (obvi). 🙂✌️🫶

(* Yes, I know, cops again. I was going into this show mostly blind, just saw some edits on my dash, but didn't know what it was about. Didn't even read the series description, lol. So when I started watching it, I honestly rolled my eyes a little when a handsome as hell man portraying a cop appeared on my screen 🙃😃 A nice little touch is that it doesn't play in LA, NY etc. It's apparently mostly in and around Vancouver.)
