Let if be known: while I’m posting things here about tvl there are many things in this season worthy of critique and that I agree with the criticism of (for example, the handling of race and treatment of characters like Louis, Claudia, and Armand especially).

#just want that to be clear #the dialogue written for and in regards to Louis and Claudia especially #also the treatment of Armand in general (the treatment of his SA and the diminishing of his relationship with Lestat)#also the lack of screen time too #also also Louis and Claudia/Regina plot lines feeling messy and an afterthought #honestly the main plot is also incredibly messy #it’s tough because I love the actors and think they are doing the best with what they were given #but there are many writing and producing choices I’m really not a fan of #tvl #iwtv #tvl critical #(this is hardly scratching the surface but adding the tag just in case)#the vampire lestat #interview with the vampire #this is my first time watching the show live #much different watching experience but I also just thing this season is unfortunately like that #*think
