This toner is made with lots of love and care. I can it a "tea" toner because it starts with creating a tea. I infuse organic strawberries, organic rose hips and organic lemon peel into hot distilled water to create my tea base for this toner. The last step is to add witch hazel and essential oils after the "tea" has been cooled and strained. Best used in your daily facial routine after cleaning and before adding moisturizer.
