I'm so happy to say that I've been on MHA for coming up two years, it's been so amazing and I love this blog more than life. You all mean so much to me and I'm so grateful that Jori has kept me round so long haha.

Unfortunately lately I haven't been able to answer as much asks as I would like due to all the behind the scenes work and uni but I'm coming back with all the advice I've got! :) Life is going amazing for me thank you, I am having a lot of fun and I am super busy but I love everything I'm doing.

Hi! I just stopped by to remind every single one of you that it's okay to avoid things that make you feel uncomfortable. It takes over 45 minutes on average to calm down from a panic attack. Avoid triggers at all costs! And don't feel guilty about it. I love you. Stay strong. <3 -Clairey
