childhood friends to lovers is so incredible to me????
there is a boy you've known all your life, a boy who is an integral part of your development and passions and significant events, and you know him and all his previous incarnations better than you know your family, and you are in love with him. how is standing next to him, something you've done a million times before, STILL making your heart race? when did this normalcy change? why? all you know is there is a boy you've known all your life, and you love him.

Ahh it’s been a while since I drew Fingon and Argon together! I’m still stuck in this inky drawing style, so here we are loll
So this is them in Valinor ... The trees back there are supposed to be the Two Trees, but I felt that the leaves were getting in the way of things, so I left them out. I don’t have much else to say about it; I just wanted to draw some Fingon and Argon family feels! I just love theeeemmm <33333
so nice of alex to just give zolf some anti depressants
Hey do you ever think about how if Robert Hammond had aimed for a full acquittal and used tactics like Wrights then nine year old Miles Edgeworth would have been called to the stand and accused of his father's murder? How, given Von Karma's sabbatical, no one would think to point a finger at him. How since there wasn't a 3 day system back then and we know the police were so 'stumped' they used a spirit medium so this whole trial definitely got drawn out so there would have been plenty of time for the nightmares to start. (Not to mention who was Miles even staying with at the time? Foster care? Children's homes? Did he have relatives that ditched him or traded the problem around like a hot potato?)
Do you ever think about how during the drawn out court battle that might have taken place (IS-7 apparently took an entire Year and they said the 3 day system was caused by a back log) Miles very well might have started having those nightmares. How 'the only thing that kept me sane these last 15 years is [the belief it's just a nightmare]" How eventually a 'Wright' attorney would have called Miles to the stand and accused him? How at that point Miles probably would have confessed to his nightmare. Letting Yanni Yogi off the hook - sure - and he'd be found guilty (but he's nine so there's no way he's Punished legally which frankly might make Miles feel worse. If he's guilty shouldn't he be punished for killing the best person in the world?)
Frankly i don't know how edgeworth recovers from that. There's no one to call him out to the lake so there's no reason to reopen the case. How Von Karma almost certainly gets away with it because Miles has already confessed as a child so he has to find some other way of disposing of Edgeworth when he starts to get disobedient after 1-2/1-3. And that's If he adopts Edgeworth at all.
How Edgeworth scolding Mia and Wright for 'badgering' the witnesses then literally becomes a manifestation of his own trauma about defense attorneys and how his hatred of their methods of 'picking at every flaw' comes from a place of self hatred? (I am trying to protect the witnesses like no one protected me) Or if he Does become an attorney then you Still get the Demon Attorney because he's tearing apart testimony for every minor flaw in the 'hopes' of getting his client acquitted. How you could write a reflection of the original story that highlights the way their system corrupts the defense too by constantly leaving them on their back foot.
How you can make Mia a prosecutor (hey if she's trying to take down Red White it's way more helpful to be on the other side of the aisle) with Diego Armando as the top ranked prosecutor. Mia saving Wright from the other side of the bench because they were charging Dahlia instead.
Wright seeing that same corruption of the defense as he saw in the prosecution originally. All those whispers he forges evidence (look Attorney Wright Definitely also had those rumors too. We just didn't notice cause Wright's dense sometimes. Like Hiding the wiretap and Searching Gants office? That's shady shit.) Edgeworth 'if you say you'll commit suicide that's not my problem so long as you testify first' tearing into witnesses without restraint and pressing them to breakdown. (Like Hammond did to him)
Mia getting killed for trying to prosecute White. Edgeworth defending White. Just. Edgeworth saying he'd do anything for his verdict because 'everyone is innocent until proven guilty' and Like hell you're proving anyone guilty on my watch.
Edgeworth threatening Von Karma's record just like his father did and Manfred deciding to finish what he started. Ending the Edgeworth line one and for all. Miles surviving and Phoenix prosecuting Von Karma who throws his own daughter under the bus to take the all instead. Edgeworth being convinced of her innocence and Wright bring convinced of Manfreds guilt and them exposing the truth of DL-6 After all these years. Franziska learning to trust the defense - at least when it's edgeworth because he saves her and defends her against her Father. (No one has ever defended her form her father) Wright showing her how to be a better more just prosecutor. Just. What if Edgeworth confessed all those years ago.
