… No. She’s not. She hasn’t been for a few months.
The biggest problem is that we have no idea whats wrong with her. But she definitely hasn’t been herself for a while. She’s extremely tired all the time, she can’t bring herself to do any activity, she doesn’t sleep well and… Well, other stuff i guess. Like I said she hasn’t been herself. She has trouble talking, she can barely follow a conversation, and it looks like she’s always looking into space, even when she’s looking right at you. She’s also constantly feeling unwell and due to not doing almost any physical activity for the past few months she has become VERY physically weak and has trouble even getting up and walking.
They made a million fucking tests on her and so far our best bet is her suffering some kind of depression. It’s not cancer, there’s no brain trauma, in fact absolutely nothing seems to be wrong with her brain or her organs or any muscles. So she’s taking medication for that now. She’s capable of sleeping better now, but aside from that there seems to be no other recovery so far.
And… Yeah, it’s weighing very heavily on my dad. Every day is an uphill battle to get her to do any activity at all, to eat and drink properly, and to take her medication. He also now has to do all the chores in the house by himself, and since work seems to be getting harder and harder it feels like he can never take a break. And like i said… My mom hasn’t been herself for a long time. So he also feels really lonely, especially without me or my sister around.
…
Maybe i shouldnt tell you guys all this, but i guess it’s good to take this all off my chest.
