The light Lanturn emits is so bright it can illuminate the bottom of the sea for over three miles, and if you peer into the sea from a ship at night and see lights twinkling inside the waters, you can be sure that Lanturn is causing it.

Lanturn first blinds its prey with a burst of light, immobilizes them with an electrical attack, then swallows them in one gulp.

Lanturn can also use its light to lure in prey.

Lanturn has gained the nickname "The Deep-Sea Star."

Lanturn produces its light by the chemical reaction from the bacteria living inside of it mixing with its own bodily fluids inside its antenna.
