Good news ☺️

I forgot to post it yesterday, but the doc cleared me for everything except running. I don't have to wear the air cast anymore too, only a bandage for sports. So naturally I went to the gym today, but I kept it light. I just wanted to test what I can and can't do

Hanging leg raises 12 reps 3 sets

Back extensions 12 reps 3 sets

Pulley 10kg 12 reps 1 set, 15kg 12 reps 2 sets

Pectoral 10kg 12 reps 1 set, 12,5kg 12 reps 2 sets

Leg extensions 15kg 12 reps 3 sets

Horizontal leg press 70kg 12 reps 1 set, 90kg 12 reps 2 sets
