Charlton, London; 2.2.2014. A rare foray into South-East London. It’s the one part of London that contains numerous districts I have never been to (e.g. I have never been to Catford). I resist going there, because I don’t like it. I grew up in Clapham (near the border between South-West and South-East) and for some reason I never liked Camberwell Green, or Walworth Road, or Peckham, or Tulse Hill, or West Norwood, or Dulwich, or Greenwich, or any of those places, even though I would go to them from time to time. Then for some years I worked in Peckham, and I still didn’t like it. I don’t know why. But I’ll have to start going there more, to try to get to know it better.

I'm trying to find a balance between having fun / living life / being creative and actually being a responsible adult.  Now, more than ever, I'm finding it hard to knuckle down and do mundane stuff, such as cleaning my apartment, going grocery shopping, doing laundry, cleaning out my car, etc.  I think there should be one non-fun day of my project to hold me somehow accountable for getting these things done.  So, my project schedule is now as follows:

Sunday:  Post about something I've made by hand.

Monday:  Post some sort of list (I might change this one too...)

Tuesday:  Post evidence that I've been a responsible adult.

Wednesday:  Post some writing - either non-fiction or fiction.

Thursday:  Post about being social or meeting someone new.

Friday:  Post about an act of kindness I've done.

Saturday:  Post about music that I've been working on.

My posts each week must involve stuff that I've done since the previous week.  This will make sure I don't start slacking in any of these areas.  I'll probably end up changing Monday's goal, since it could go with Wednesday's stuff, but I'm not sure what to do yet.  More to come.
