please don’t ever apologize for feeling a connection to nature again. i don’t care how stupid you feel, embarrassed or alone that you feel. if you feel something, you fucking feel something & don’t you ever be ashamed of that. do you know how many times i just go & sit outside? hug a tree? squish my hands in the grass? take my shoes off & ground myself? if this soil & foliage & sun & water feels like home to you, then so be it. you don’t let anyone on this earth tell you any fucking different. if you feel at home running through her evergreen, then you run. if you feel at peace sunbathing? then you drown in her rays. if you feel calm barefoot in a stream? then i hope your shoes stay off for a long time.

don’t fucking apologize for that, & especially not to me bc i get it. i get the love you feel for her. i get how wild & crazy you feel expressing it & being open about it but embrace it. let that energy radiate, she needs it. mother nature has beauty everywhere. it never fades. you can’t destroy her, she’s resilient. take a lesson from that. learn from her. treat her with kindness & gentleness & give all the love you have. most people find a home in drugs, alcohol & sleeping around with random people desperately trying to feel something, but you have nature. she won’t ever leave. consider yourself fucking lucky.

& if you pay attention hard enough, what you do for her? she’ll give back to you. mother nature will take care of you. give it a bit, you’ll see what i mean. however, love her, but leave her wild.
