i think a lot of ppl experience "bad thing(s) that happened" like an Event and then feel like permanently traumatized. but like...those events arent actually like life changingly altering and permanent? like ex. being abused is a horrific traumatizing thing. but it is not permanent (unless youre stuck in the situation). however, the death of someone, or the loss of a limb, or some other permanent disability, are that: permanent. and this is so evil for me to think, but: I feel like there is a Situational vs Permanent trauma difference and that the Situational trauma ppl often have less resiliency than the Permanent trauma ppl
