in all honesty, driving past the graveyard this evening during twilight, I saw a bright, small flash of light nowhere near any decorative lights, it didn't happen again, and it was near some older, big headstones. Literally like a flashbulb without the afterglow (if you're old enough for Kodak Cubes)

of course it was nowhere near my family*, and I was in a moving vehicle, so it wasn't like, some mysterious wraith seeking me out.

But dang.

(no it wasn't a visual impairment)

(unless? when you have Deep Problems of the brain and a flashing light can actually appear external, unlike other ocular problems)

(i'd prefer it was a brief spectre) (*not one of my ghosts)

One of those nights where the temperature, wind, sky and humidity are all so rarely perfect, that you could just drive around in the twilight for 10,000 miles with just your thoughts or spend time with a friend...
