while i do understand the part about disliking the violence in 07x02, i really don't think the second part is fair / an accurate analysis of what sam is actually experiencing. he only lashes out at dean when he actively believes that dean is lucifer and he only shoots at lucifer when he thinks that they're alone in an empty warehouse. the rest of the episode, he's actually incredibly calm, especially given the circumstances, and understanding of the fact that dean and bobby don't want him working on cases. idk maybe this is a hot take but i feel like if you're hallucinating the person that tortured you for at least 180 years, who's also telling you that you're hallucinating everything except them, you might be a little on-edge and you might potentially yell a little. just a thought though
