Song of the Day
Ok.... I’m going to post the last song of the day for this month. I already have the theme for next month, which is my birthday month too! Today, the best song I wanted to close this month with is technically a collection of dances that Incas would celebrate their main god, Inti, && the harvest of Mother Earth aka Pachamama, per Wikipedia. This practice has been passed down through the descendants of the Inca Empire && today there’s a whole festival dedicated to the celebration that takes place on the southern hemisphere’s winter’s solstice on June 24th. Many indigenous tribes from the present day will congregate in the reconstruction model done in 1944 by Cuzco historian, Faustino Espinoza Navarro. Enjoy!
