Friday look 👀
We had our (first ever?) annual physicals last night! And by we, I mean Brendan and I. We’ve both been trying to live more healthily and all in all it went really well. His BP was a little elevated but they did an ekg and she didn’t find anything else concerning, so all good for now. We’ll do bloodwork and follow up again in a few weeks. Feels good to be getting this very adulty kinda stuff situated.
The scale is being an absolute bitch. That’s all I have to say about that. 😁
My parents are coming up this weekend — I think we’ll take them to a little fall festival tomorrow and then Sunday morning we’ll all go to Holden’s soccer practice. After being away on our overnight date last weekend, it feels extra sweet knowing we’ve got a full weekend of family time planned (aside from the fact that B will be working on some renovation type projects at his mom’s place — can’t catch a break).
