One more question, sorry to bother, I know you previously said not to use Bookbinder.js, is that still standing? If so, is a downloaded, computer run impositioning software okay? I'm pretty clueless on technology, but I'm assuming something that can work on a computer offline is safe from ai? If neither of these work, I'm fine with impositioning by hand, though it would be a first on Libreoffice!
Luckily for you, I had a bit of time and energy this afternoon. I read up on bookbinder.js, and tentatively give the go-ahead, especially if you save the page and use it locally.
THAT SAID, it converts to pdf. I'm incredibly wary of adobe right now. In fact, even the free acrobat reader is heavily pushing its "AI Assistant" (see: me trying to do normal shit at work and acrobat forcing popups to promote it). If you're using pdf, please find alternatives to adobe products and be very careful.
Working offline isn't necessarily safe from AI depending on your computer settings, because that shit will get communicated next time you're connected. I periodically have to re-strip copilot from my computer and wade through new settings every time there's a windows update. It's exhausting.

Hello, I saw your bio on fanbinding, but I want to ask one specific thing because (while it’s still at home 100%, no third party sites) I know a creator online who talks about fanfiction and fandom online quite a lot and has a PO Box., I know at their favorite fic is one of yours and I was wondering if it would be okay if I made a bound version to send them? It would be a gift, no compensation, just the joy of sending something to someone I like watching and whose videos mean a lot. If it’s not alright with you, then that’s perfectly okay(obviously, it’s your writing and your work.) but I thought it would be important to ask.
