Sims can warm themselves at the fireplace on the inside while reading a book, or play a game of cards sitting on the front porch, watch seabirds or the night sky (or the sea monster) with the telescope, sit at the campfire or work at the woodworking table in the shed.

For some small tweaks TwistedMexi’s T.O.O.L. mod was used, but you don’t need the mod in your game for this to show up the way I built it.

A one bedroom, one bath tiny home. The real star of this home is it's upper and lower deck. The lower deck is set up for outdoor cooking while the upper deck is for relaxing! It is on a regular residential lot, but if switched to a “tiny home residential” lot it will qualify for a "small home." If you remove the upper and lower side decks, you can get the benefits of a "tiny home".

Basically, this is Iker’s tiny house in Evergreen Harbour - and a starter version of it. I really love the aesthetic of this one, and I enjoyed playing in it. The bathroom is a bit “open”, but sacrifices must be made - it’s fully functional though. Comes with basically a second floor that doesn’t count for the tile limit but is mostly sheltered from weather - perfect for hobby items. The Deluxe version has plenty of solar panels and such to support living comfortably off the grid.
