One Word: Harry

A/N: Hey, everyone! So, this is just a sweet little imagine I wrote up the other day. I hope you guys like it! Remember, requests are open!

        One word. One word was all it took for Harry to know that something was bothering you. One word was all it took for him to book the next flight back to you. One word was all it took for him to tell his tour manager that he would be back in a few days. It didn’t matter to him what was wrong with you, all he knew was that you needed him. When he walked through the front door, the house was silent. Dropping his bags at the door, he walks until he finds you in the kitchen standing at the sink. One word was all it took. One word and he was closing the distance between the two of you. One word and he was pulling you close. One word and he was slowly swaying back and forth with your head on his chest. One word and he was softly humming your favorite Frank Sinatra song in your ear. One word and he was telling you how much he loves you and that it was going to be okay. When you finally pull away from him, he gently kisses your forehead. Your eyes are shining again, and he can feel his heart lift. Tucking a piece of hair behind your ear, he gently kisses your lips.

“Better?” he asks.

The silent nod you give is all he needs to know that you’re going to be okay.

        One word. One word is all it takes for Harry to know that you’re feeling better. One word is all it took for him to see the smile on your face again. One word is all it took for him to hear you laughing again as he spins you out and brings you back. It doesn’t matter to him what was wrong with you, you would tell him when you’re ready. All he knew was that you were okay now. One word. One word was all it took for love to find you again

Approval: Harry (Part 3)

A Few Months Later         You take a deep breath before fiddling with your hair and lightly fluffing your dress. Standing across from you with his back turned is Harry. You're doing first looks, something that you and Harry weren't sure you were going to do at first but after a conversation a few months prior about getting married, you really wanted Harry to see the dress before anyone else. You take soft steps towards him before covering his eyes. "Ready?" you ask. "I've never been more ready, love," he says. "Okay, close your eyes." Once you confirm that his eyes are closed you move your hands and take a small step back. "Okay." Harry opens his eyes and tears immediately fill them. His hand flies to his mouth in disbelief of how beautiful you look. He ends up having to squat down because he is so overcome with emotions. Tears have started to stream down your face and you carefully kneel down in front of him, wiping his tears. "Harry?" "You look so beautiful, love." The both of you stand up and Harry immediately pulls you into a hug, his arms wrapping tightly around you. He pulls away, but only to twirl you around so he can get a good look at you in the dress. His eyes lock onto the small detail in your embroidery and he tears up yet again. "Love, you didn't have to..." "I know how much he meant to you, so I thought he should still be a part of our big day since he can't physically be here." "You're amazing." After a minute, Harry just shakes his head before using his hands to wipe his face and taking a deep breath. "Okay, I'm good. I'm okay." He takes another look at you before tears well up again. "You sure you're good over there, Styles?" you laugh. He takes another deep breath, "yeah. Yep. I'm good. Let's do this." He intertwines his fingers with yours before kissing your hand. "You ready for this?" "You mean am I ready to spend the rest of my life with you?" He nods and you pull him in for a kiss. Your fingers curl into his hair and you pull away, leaning your head against his. "I've never been more ready for anything." The two of you make your way to the church before you and Harry have to separate from each other so the ceremony can start. Once the ceremony starts, there is nothing but smiles, laughs, and I love yous along with a few tears. Anne embraces you into the family and the two of you have never been closer and you and Harry finally get your forever. A/n: I decided to skip writing the Harry conversation, but I felt like it would probably be a bit similiar to the Anne conversation. Anyway, this is the last part of Approval. I'm going to start working on the next request so keep an eye out!

We Don’t Talk Anymore: Part Three

Hey guys! So I know it’s been a while and I cannot thank you enough for your patience. With that being said...here is part three of We Don’t Talk Anymore! Also, I have part four almost finished so if it’s not up later this week it’ll be up early next week. We Don’t Talk Anymore: Part Three

His P.O.V.

    He spends all night trying to figure out what to do next. He isn’t sure if he should call you back or just pretend that he never got it. You did say that you were drunk in the voicemail. He can’t help the little gleam of hope though that makes him think that it wasn’t just a drunk dial, but rather a real call to say that you miss him. He sighs and paces the floor, his thoughts racing on what to do. Trying to calm his nerves, he heads to the kitchen and grabs a shot glass to pour a drink. Downing the shot, he blows out a breath before running a hand through his hair. He doesn’t care that he had just spent the past couple of hours drinking in a bar; this was the type of situation that called for alcohol and lots of it. He downs another shot before biting his lip and hitting your name.

“Hey, it’s me. Although, you probably already know that since you called me earlier. Which means that you already have my number which means that me saying that it’s me is kind of pointless and...”

He lets out a small laugh, “and now I’m rambling and realizing that this was not my best idea. I shouldn’t have called you back. Um...just ignore this message. Bye.”

He hangs up the phone and groans in frustration before downing another shot. The worse voicemail in the word, he had just left you the worse voicemail and the world and didn’t even say what he wanted to say.  Walking to back to his bedroom he hits redial and takes a deep breath.

“Hey, it’s me again. I’m sorry for calling. I know it’s late and I promise that I’m not going to keep blowing up your phone. I just...I had a reason for calling the first time. It was to tell you that...I miss you too. I know I probably shouldn’t after everything, but I can’t stop thinking about you...about us. I just wish things were different. Anyway, um...call me when you get this. If you want to! You don’t have to, but if you feel like talking or something then you can call. Or don’t! Don’t feel like you have to call because I called you or anything like that because you don’t. I was just calling to return your call about missing...and I’m rambling again. Um...I should go. Bye.”

He hangs up and sighs before tossing his phone on the bed behind him. Groaning, he throws himself back on his bed and covers his face with his arm before closing his eyes...

End His P.O.V.

Of all the people you expect to see at your door, the guy from last night is not one of them. It actually makes you a little nervous that he remembered your address just so he could come back. You aren’t sure how to handle the situation, especially since you thought you had made yourself clear last night that you aren’t interested. “Um…” “I’m sorry if this is creepy, but I just…I can’t get you out of my head. I promise you that I’m not a stalker or anything, I’m a guy who really wants the chance to get to know the girl who spilled  wine on him last night.” “You do realize that most stalkers say that they aren’t stalkers, right?” you say. He laughs, “I do. However, I promise that my being here isn’t some ploy to axe murder you or something.” You shake your head before smiling at him, “I’m really flattered but…” “Wait. Before you say no, just bear in mind that I’m willing to buy coffee for a friend. Nothing more, nothing has to happen unless you want it to.” You turn the decision over in your head. Going out for coffee sounds really nice, plus it could take your mind off of things. “Alright. Just give me fifteen minutes,” you say. “Sure thing. I’ll wait downstairs.” You close the door behind him and take a quick shower. Once you’re dressed, you slip your phone into your back pocket and grab your keys before going downstairs for coffee. His P.O.V. Waking up with a pounding headache and the dire need to puke is not his ideal wakeup call, but that’s what happens. Groaning, he flushes the toilet before going to sink to rinse his mouth out. Once that’s done, he shuffles his way to the kitchen and tosses out the empty bottle of tequila that is sitting on his counter. Grabbing two aspirins out of the medicine cabinet, he fixes himself a glass of water before it hits him. Last night… “No, no, no!” He glances around the kitchen looking for his phone. “Where did I leave it?” He takes a deep breath before leaning against the counter and closing his eyes, trying to recall where he last remembers having it. “Bedroom!” Racing to his bedroom, he all but dives onto his bed to pick up his phone. He had called you…twice. He sets his phone back down before burying his head in a pillow.  Maybe the voicemails weren’t all that bad… Knock, Knock, Knock He lets out a curse before getting up to get the door. Who is that? Don’t they know he is currently beating himself up for being an idiot? He opens the door to find the last person he ever expected to see on the other side… End His P.O.V.

Tell Her: Part 3 *Harry*

Part Three:

Standing in front of you, Harry is unsure of what to do now. Should he just blurt out his feelings? Ask you to a cup of coffee? Kiss you?

“Harry, are you okay? You haven’t said anything, and it’s been like two minutes.”

God, how Harry loved the sound of his name rolling off your lips. He could listen to you say it all day and never get tired of hearing it. Heat rushes to his cheeks as he tries to think of the words, any words to tell you how he feels, but it’s like his brain turned off the moment you said his name. The buzz from the alcohol he consumed minutes ago is wearing off and with it so is his confidence.

“Um…I…Uh…”

Unsure of what to do with his hands, he runs them through his hair. His nerves are starting to get the best of him. You are starting to get the best of him. Harry’s gaze drops from you to the ground as he clears his throat. He has to tell you, it’s now or never.

“I…”

“Babe, who’s at the door?”

Harry’s whole body goes stiff at the sound of the baritone voice filling the air.

“Hey Styles, you here to help us celebrate the good news?”

“Good news?”

His gaze drops to you, but you won’t meet his eyes. You are nervously biting your lip, a trait Harry learned you had when he met you for the first time.

“Yeah, Y/n and I are…”

The asshole grabs your hand, lifts it up, and Harry’s heart stops. Sitting on your hand, glittering in the moonlight is an engagement ring.

“Getting married!”

Harry’s heart feels like it’s in his stomach. You can’t be…there’s no way you would…The asshole has yet to stop speaking, but Harry’s not listening to him. He’s watching you. Watching you hug yourself for comfort. Watching you stare at the ground. Watching you bite your lip to keep the tears from forming in your eyes.

“…anyway, we’re having a night in to celebrate. Care to join?”

Harry snaps back to reality, his gaze never leaving your face.

“That’s all right mate, I was just stopping by to say hello. Congratulations.”

Harry’s voice cracks at the word as the emotion he’s trying to keep in check start to race forward. Your gaze finally meets Harry at this and he holds your gaze before turning away….

Announcement!!! Tell Her Part 4 and We Don’t Talk Anymore...

Alright, guys. So, I figured I would let you guys know what is happening and why it has been weeks since I’ve uploaded anything. Most of you might not know this but I am 22 years old. I’m a full-time college student and I work a part-time job. This semester I am taking what is known as flex classes. Flex classes mean that they pretty fit a whole semester of a class into 7 weeks. Why I did this, I have no idea. My judgement may have been questionable at the time and I may have been sleep deprived. Anywho, the reason I have not been uploading is that I have a massive 7 page paper on the theoretical concepts of justice. Normally, I would be able to pop out a paper, but I have really been struggling with this one. With that being said I just want to let you guys know that I do intend to finish both the Tell Her imagine and the We Don’t Talk Anymore imagine. I’m not sure what part I’m on with that one, but I’ll check. Hopefully, after today things will calm down a little so I can write. Anyway, that’s where I am at. Thank you guys so much for your patience. I know how much it sucks having to wait for a writer to put out the next part of something. Sending you guys all the love! -Jess
