hiii what's your favorite aa case? or top 3 if you cant pick lol
HMMMMMM,,, you're right i can't pick LOL,, I think my favorite would probably be Bridge to the Turnabout. It's a really definitive case, I think, just in the way it wraps up the whole trilogy, but especially with a focus on the Fey clan, Dahlia's arc, and Godot's. I'm also a BIG fan of how it leans into the supernatural. I have my grievances with it for sure,, (i.e. I will never forget the physics of that pendulum LOL) but I was never really into ace attorney for the crime solving, personally. It's fun, but I'm almost wholly here for the story and characters. And so, yeah, I just loved seeing it be a satisfying ended of everything we've seen from Dahlia and Godot (and Mia) in the rest of T&T. Also EVERYONE'S THERE?? It's like the Smash Ultimate of OG Trilogy cases. I like Franziska tagging along a lot and playing as Edgeworth. Give me more fan service capcom lmfao.
If I'm NOT being basic af and picking 3-5 tho,, (I'm also going to ignore other final cases, cuz those tend to be my favorite), my favorite case THEN, is 2-2: Reunion, and Turnabout. IK SHOCKER THAT I LIKE THE FEY CASE LOL. I'm a parody of myself. With this one, we get to learn SO MUCH about the Fey clan, and I eat it all up. I love meeting Pearl sm, I love Mimi Miney, honestly I really like Turner Grey and the fact that you talk to the victim a little bit. The whole hospital backstory is horrifying. OH omg wait Dr. Hotti is in this case huh? PFFTT i completely blocked it in my memory. Well, no case can be perfect I guess 💀 MIA'S PSYCHE LOCKES BREAK MY HEART EVERY TIME I THINK ABOUT THEM? Franziska's debut?!?!?!? Very good case to me I enjoy it a lot.

Looking back to 2-5 why didnt nick and edgeworth try to get help from judge? I mean sure he wouldnt do much against an assassin but maybe he could have help them extend the trial a bit, making sure unnecesarry objections and arguments can take place and ask tons of details?
I doubt he would deny any help knowing maya's life in danger.

The stars above seemed close, yet so distant. He had been closer, once. He had been surrounded. Shadow had hardly noticed them behind the star that shined the brightest... Sonic, transformed from the Chaos Emeralds still, reaching for him, chasing him, being pulled down with him.
Being pushed away by him.
He shone again now as they fought. They weren’t fighting each other, rather on the same side again. Their guard had been down after the race, but Sonic had reacted fast. The situation had spun out of control. Shadow had provided him with the last Emerald needed. He had entrusted it to Sonic without a second thought.
He was bright yellow and brilliant red, combustion alive. Shadow couldn’t afford to stare. He had to keep his focus. He snuck glances anyway, silently berating himself for his weakness... but it was also his strength. Sonic’s bravery, his mettle, it spurred Shadow on, and it fed his spirit to repletion.
When the battle ended, Shadow stood on the shore, looking up at the night sky. He had hardly noticed the sun set during the conflict. Sonic hovered near him a moment, then gently dropped onto the sand. He relinquished his great power, easy as that. He didn’t have further need for it. Part of Shadow’s respect for him was that he didn’t seek power or glory in excess.
The stars twinkled in his irises as he thanked Shadow for his assistance. Shadow merely dipped his head in acknowledgement, as detached and remote as the starlight to which he compared Sonic in his mind.
Perhaps he was the void around the stars... always there, but just there, never really making contact. He was just a bystander basking in the beauty of a light he could never touch.
