Taking a break from posting progress pics this week as they are beginning to feel very redundant. Still planning to post daily updates, thoughts or inspirations. Today was 45 minutes of chest focused work using mostly resistance bands. Still keeping at my daily pull up set. Getting 8 or 9 consistently!
