It is October 19th, 2020. My focus has been on school and work, not on fitness and weightloss, and it shows in my progress.

Today is the start of a maintenance week. I weighed in at 227 yesterday, but I may have been a little off because i forgot to weigh myself until after I had breakfast.

I haven’t posted here in a while, but that’s good cause I mostly post on here to rant when things aren’t going very well. Sometimes I wish things were going a bit faster, but I’m doing everything I can to get to work and finish school work first and foremost.
