down almost 3 lbs in four days
and it feels good
and it reminds me to keep going
especially when i feel like eating carbs.
IF is tough during the late hours. It’s easy to skip breakfast and wait until noon for lunch. however, 7 PM comes and i want to eat EVERYTHING. i need to do better with planning -- salad for lunch and save my snack for 7:30.
according to my calendar, if i lose .29 lbs a day, i’ll reach my goal weight by July 8th.
30 days from my start date of 11/30, I’m aiming for 178lbs.
Day 3 | 100 Days of Commitment
I’m in keto. I’ve exercised out twice in the past three days and today I took a brisk hour-long lunch. I’m even IFing -- eating only between 12-8. I may push that down to 12-6 because once I’m home, I don’t really eat.
Been two days w/o sl and that’s been good too. The first few days are easy. Let’s see what it’s like after a week.
one hundred days of commitment
all to better myself, physically, emotionally and mentally
no candy, desserts or obviously sweet or high-card foods (goodbye, pizza!)
a hundred (give or take) days of fitness (walking & strength training counts!)
a hundred days of no self-love -- a mental exercise of sorts. i can hang without that sort of release, right? right!
a hundred days of drinking at least 80oz of water.
