i have a day of biking & two bikram yoga classes ahead of me so i wanted to give myself a breakfast with a small bit of carbs just to get me up & about. from there it's vegetables & tea/juice.
3/4 cup organic pumpkin flax granola w. 1/4 cup almond milk
two cups of coffee w. 1/2 cup almond milk
mediterranean mixed greens w. lrg slice chopped red onion
one cup edamame/black bean/sun-dried tomato mix
four tbsp sweet red pepper hummus
two seltzer bottles full of green tea + cranpomegranate juice + seltzer
