#100days2pullup final update. FULL VIDEO on my Facebook page linked in my bio. I made it to 11 reps. "The first 10 feel easy now. The second set of 10 (20) will be a true challenge." Hosting this pull-up challenge has changed the way my clients, male or female, feel about all kinds of exercise. We were able to prove that gender was never a limiting factor but more so a matter of patience and practice. Goal: To get 1 woman over a pull-up bar in 100 days. For myself to get from 5 reps to 10 reps. Result : Pull-ups completed! 5 women who started at 0. 5 other women doubled their initial baseline. 1 man who started at 0. 10 men performing from 2-3x their original max-effort.
