Romaine ‘Rome’ Haven

Rome was a tma twitter roleplay oc originally, and was 16 for the duration of that roleplay. She manages to scheme her way into legally marrying a girl from a cult named Hazel, realizing she isn’t in love with hazel, has a separate was already dating her before hazel girlfriend Lexi who is abusive towards her, and smokes frequently. She’s pretty much given up on life, believing she won’t amount to anything and is settled into being a failure.

Her mother's name is Venice haven, and the man who raised her is named Max Haven. Venice and max are married, but Venice had a long running affair with a 'priest' at their local church, Brutus Rosewood. When Romes a preteen, Max figures out shes not his kid and kills himself in response, leaving Rome to find the body. after this brutus attempts to step up as a father figure for her, but is physically and mentally abusive to her as well.

In the twitter canon brutus dies in a fire set by hazel, burning down his church and is taken by the spiral. He then proceeds to escalate all of his behavior, including abusing Rome to a new level of extreme due to the spirals influence. he also stalks another persons oc, and is eventually actually killed by them.

Brutus makes Rome help him create gifts for the person he's stalking in the form of bodies he essentially mutilates to connect to this person, and multiple times physical attacks Rome to the point of causing her a knee injury thats influences heavily by the spiral. Romes mother is also killed by a vast avatar, also belonging to another person, and is left alone.

in one au she goes to therapy and is turned into a doll by said therapist

and in another she ends up adopted by two people and living with them and eventually going to college.

A lot of stuff I do with her now she’s 17-18 or older simply because I think she’s grown as a character and it felt more natural to age her up.
