Yenannatera?. For all those who are able to practice #gomukhasana this one will be a bit easy( only in the beginning though). But trying lift the buttocks up and balancing on the palms will be little difficult since your are used to sitting down, the buttock muscles and the lower back are used it dropping down movement(like when you sit down), in this asana you will be trying to lift yourself up against the gravity and this is the main reason as to why you will feel difficult in lifting yourself up. Arm strength, wrist strength are all secondary. Actually it doesn’t matter at all. You are going against gravity and hence you’re finding it difficult to come up. Asthe!. Stop thinking about techniques and shortcuts!. Just practice it a 1000 times and by the end of it you would have found your own unique explanation and technique. What do you think? Give it a try and let me know how it went, share a picture of you doing lolasana and I’ll feature you on the page.
