Day 14! I was full of excuses this morning but I dragged my ass out of bed and for a run. Achieved. PB for a km!...And wrecked myself doing it. Spent the next km and a half limping from shin splints and a seized calf, but had limited time before work. Made sure I had a good breakfast (eggs + bacon, supplements + protein shake), lunch prepped (spinach fettuccine + kangaroo bog with lots of carrots) and finished today off with chicken fillets and veggies.
