I swear whenever I start some kind of accountability thing for myself I get run down at the beginning...that always leads me to losing motivation and just stopping but not this time!! I didn't workout again today but that's okay, I woke up not feeling like I had slept at all. Chronic illness problems come and go and it's all about forgiving yourself and unconditionally stepping back, letting yourself rest and getting back up stronger than before. I crushed my food today and crushed my non-fitness related goals so I'm feeling accomplished. Apartment is clean and studying is done🌻
