Getting ready for the start of another 💯. I was reminded of how my running story has helped other veterans put their issues down and pick up running. Blessed beyond dreams. Remembering that 16 years ago I went left when people were saying go right and stop running, I kept going. Now I’m finding out that my story of that has encouraged people to change life decisions they were about to make. Pare de sufrir!!! Como dirían los pastores evangélicos brasileños. Durïsima carrera. Florida es flat pero eso no lo hizo má fácil. Fui en autosuficiencia y me faltó comida toda la carrera. Adicionalmente al extremo calor, varios PC estaban a 10 millas del anterior y no te alcanzaba el agua. La carrera empezó en la milla 60 porque estaba más afuera que adentro pero terminé. From sunrises 🌅 to the wet n wild. Set out feeling tired, legs heavy and just wanted to go back to bed after training the ladies this morning. I think that's the hardest part for most of us wanting to get out there but that transition period from coming home then getting back out there and doing it. We look for every excuse not to do.
