Thank goodness for short weeks, right? Made it to Wednesday. It was about 9:15 and I was annoyed already this morning — deep breaths! Trying to stay focused on the important stuff and let the little annoying things roll off my back.

In other news and to absolutely no one’s surprise, I’m still eating well over here. Smoothie, scrambled eggs and toast, and pancakes over the last two days. Yesterday I made a pot roast with carrots and noodles, rather than potatoes at B’s request, which was super tasty. Today I’ve got a crock pot of meatballs simmering and I’m SO excited to dig into those for dinner.

I’ve been slacking on the workouts lately, mostly just because I’m not pressuring myself to do them if I’m not feeling it. I have a feeling I won’t ramp them back up again til after baby. Part of me cannot WAIT to shed some pounds, but I’m trying to remind myself to enjoy this now, be patient, and take advantage of the magically fast metabolism for as long as possible. 😆

Callie continues to be the most reliable coworker. Very devoted to her nap time, as well.

The baby has been wiggling around more in the past few days and B has been able to feel him once or twice. This will be endlessly amazing and entertaining to me! 25 weeks officially today. Time flies. Sorta. With covid, I feel like time is passing really quickly and also very slowly at the same time? So weird.

Let’s see what the rest of this work day brings.. if nothing else, at least I’m wearing slippers while dealing with it.

Update

Just a quick warning for readers who actually come here for updates on Chance:

I'm editing out Mini Ladd's character completely... and will no longer be writing with his character in any recent or future fanfics of mine. I just feel really uncomfortable to do so anymore.

I hope everyone understands and wont find it too jarring a change.
