We won’t allow the day or time to just get away from us anymore! ⏰ Serious students of success & for people who want to go from goal setters to goal achievers! ⏰ We’re going to have a challenge called "15 Minutes of Madness" & it is something we will use every day to stay focused & be more productive. ⏰ Break our day into 15 minute blocks or at least set aside 15 minutes each hour. ⏰ Make sure we have no distractions for each 15 minute block! ⏰ Take 30 seconds to write down our BIGGEST or most important life goal, the thing that excite us the most. Visualize it & feel it! ⏰ Set our alarm or timer to go off at 15 minutes. ⏰ Now it's time to immerse ourselves & do as much hard, dedicated & focused work as we can in 15 minutes. A new week, a new day & a new opportunity to thrive and feel alive. It all starts with us taking care of ourselves & giving our mind, body & soul time to rest. ⏰ Turn off our devices. Turn off the TV & let our mind be still. Over stimulation to technology is what causes so much stress and anxiety in the modern world. ⏰ we’ve got to know when to shut things off & connect with ourselves. It’s okay to not be stimulated & entertained all the time! ⏰ Give ourselves time before bed to prepare our mind & soul for rest. Meditate, journal, read something that calms the soul or simply just sit in silence & allow our mind to gently calm down. ⏰ A good nights rest is our best defense against feeling stressed out, anxious & unmotivated. It’s time for us to start managing our energy levels, so we can perform & function at a high level daily & feel energetic & passionate about our life. ⏰ Have a few simple routines & rituals we run in the evening or before we head to bed, that allow us to get a good nights rest every night. Do what works best for you, but remember the name of the game is ENERGY! ⏰ Consistent rest is the key & no doubt everyone is going to ask..... “Yo, how many hours sleep should we get?” ⏰ So the simple answer is that everyone is different and everyone’s lifestyle & energy needs are different. We should get between 6 hours to 8 hours of consistent rest every night. ⏰ The “consistent” part is what determines our energy levels. Not the hours of rest. So that means, we have to be in bed at the same time & up at the same time every day.
