Why I love 10 Minute Trainer On Beachbody On Demand?
So I want to share with you why I love the 10 Minute Trainer on Beachbody On Demand. I have been doing these 10 Minute Trainer exercises for quite a while now. The main reason why I love these 10 min workouts is that it only takes 10 mins to do. Everyone who has ever worked out in their life says that you need at least 30 mins to an hour every day. Well, I say they are wrong because with these 10 min workouts you get quite a burn and a nice sweat during these short workouts.
A Few More Things That I Love About Them...
Another thing that I love about these workouts is that you don't need a lot of equipment. I also like the yoga in this series because I am not a huge fan of yoga, to be honest. 10 Minute Trainer made it possible for me to enjoy yoga for just 10 min. When I was doing my second round of P90X I even switched out the P90X yoga for the 10 min one because I can do all the moves in the yoga flex than in the P90X version. Plus with these workouts happen to be my goto workouts when I don't have anything planned for the next day. At least it gives me a good sweat and a killer burn.

Unfortunately, I Still Haven't Tried Them All Yet...
Unfortunately, I still haven't tried them all yet. That's still a work in progress. However, I tried Yoga Flex, Lower Body, Friday Night Arm, Abs, Cardio, Upper Body, and Core Cardio. I still need to try Cardio Intervals, Plyo Intervals, Total Body 2, One on One Lower, Chest and Back.
The Abs in these 10 min workouts are very hard because some of the moves you need to balance on one hand. Also, all of the Ab moves work your core in such a unique way that you probably couldn't even think of these exercises on your own. I know that I couldn't. If you are a fan of arm exercises you will love the Friday Night Arms. Why may you ask?
