day 2 out of 30 days of thankfulness

I am thankful for words ‪—‬ spoken words of kindness from others towards me and spiritual words spoken through me to others.

A word of encouragement ‪—‬ I am thankful for friends who give me genuine compliments and lift me up in kindness (especially when it comes from dear friends who give me constructive criticism! the two of these put together are precious to me in friendship ‪♡‬)

I was honest ‪—‬ I don’t know why I get ashamed to be honest in my cries out to my god but today that shame was stripped from me. I was honest about my anger, my depression, and… I finally felt release (and thus, was able to give a wonderful friend a word that she needed to hear ‪♡‬)
