Люди, обязательно ходите на выборы. Когда вам говорят, что от вас зависит судьба государства, вас не обманывают. Наверняка, бóльшая часть тех, кто участвует в митингах, состоит из граждан, на выборы не пошедших. Митинги и собрания — это не протест; протест — это как раз участие в выборах.

Помнится, на втором курсе наша преподавательница по психологии сказала нам, что если вы не верите в выборы и вам не нравится ни один из кандидатов, то всё равно сходúте на избирательный участок и поставьте в бюллетене несколько крестов или изрисуйте весь лист. Таким образом вы уменьшите количество неиспользованных бюллетеней.

Ходúте на выборы, а то мало ли что…

I was early for school so I was stuck on the grounds to attend the flag ceremony. It was raining. We decided to go home. We saw Justine and Marvin on the grounds, sitting on the sides on the motor there. I think they're waiting for the rain to stop. They saw us. I was holding an umbrella. We walk through them then Marvin asked me "Kelan nyo kukunin ung uniform nyo?" so I said "Nakuha na namin yung sa'ming tatlo, yung sa inyo hindi ko alam kung kelan. Baka next week pa.". Then we continue on walking when Ronald  said "Marvin, maluwag yung 2:50" so Marvin asked "anong 2:50?", Ronald answered "2:50 na tren". Marvin didn't understand it so he said "ano ung 2:50" then Justine suddenly said "edi oras. oras yung 2:50 eh". It was a bit corny but I still smiled. I told Marvin that he should go with us in the train so he agreed but Cedrix opposed me and said "masikip din kaya". So Marvin changed his mind and said that he will just ride a jeep. We continued walking and the two walked behind us. I opened my umbrella and have Ronald with me and hatid him on the other side na may bubong na catwalk. We walked carefully and told Cedrix that I will be back for him. We saw Ariel running in the rain so we called his attention and looked at us, but then he continue on running. Then Justine suddenly run passed us. He called Ronald and run too. I went back to Cedrix and saw Marvin too so I said to him "ayaw mo?", pertining to my umbrella then he said "akin na lang?" so I said "hindi ah. makipayong ka.".He went to my right side and Cedrix was behind us. Marvin asked "ikaw na maghahawak?" so i said "oo, ako na lang". I guess, he thought he will hold the umbrella for us.
