Are there any systems you would reccommend that handle these issues better? (also i think the link for the article might be broken)
fixed the link, hopefully the new one works! also, it really depends on what sort of game you want to play. i think a lot of people look at ttrpg and assume the best game system is going to be the one that lets you play anything, but imo the best game system for your game is often one built with the sort of action, setting, or mood you want to work with in mind! mechanics are a more rewarding aspect to gaming when they’re more tailored! that aside, i think a good baseline is to look for games, and settings, that don’t codify race with specific stats or moral alignments. if the game is built around a specific setting, examine how the rulebooks define evil, and who they assume your enemies are going to be. we’re not, of course, beholden to always play perfectly moral characters, but playing a bad person who kills unquestioningly is different than a rulebook telling you that you are a good person for killing unquestioningly.

fatigue is a legitimate symptom and is definitely worth mentioning if it's causing problems
idk if it’s causing problems, exactly. but I do feel the need to take prolonged (2+ hr) naps in order to get thru the day so maybe.

You don't have to apologize for talking about your shots on your own blog. Besides hearing about ppl on hrt makes it seem less impossible. You're doing great, keep it up!
