Happy caturday from Luca who is now 12 weeks old! It’s crazy to think that we’ve had him for 4 weeks already but he’s certainly brought a lot of love into our house in those weeks 🥰

First day working full-time back in the office (or until we're shut down to work remotely). Erp is at daycare and Kevin is still required to continue doing his rotations as part of his third year education.

My work is allowing anyone to work remotely if they don't feel comfortable coming into the office. Since Kevin's being exposed to more germs than I am I figure I'll work remotely if/when he's told to stop. Or, until I no longer feel calm about the situation. More than likely given how things are progressing, in a week or two my work will go fully remote.

Got out for a walk yesterday evening with my friendbor which was nice to be outside in the fresh air despite it being pretty cold outside. Love seeing the nature pics even though they're always the same - they give me peace nonetheless.

We gave erp a bath last night and the way I dried her hair gave her this fabulous style. Her daycare texted me this morning saying her son is calling her Elvis due to it :) Thank you, thank you very much.

Poor bub had a hard night last night. Our humidifier broke and he was waking up every hour crying because his nose was stuffy. Right away, I bought another when the pharmacy opened and his naps have been long and uninterrupted. Even after losing sleep, I can’t help but to look at his beautiful sleeping face. I find every second of my life that I get to spend with him is so precious I cannot squander it. Lost sleep is such a small price to pay for the absolute joy and bliss that he’s brought into my life. He will be 3 months old this Saturday and I cannot believe time has slipped away from us. It feels like I was only in labor yesterday and meeting him for the first time. I’m not away from him often, but when I am my heart aches as if someone took a piece of me. He is a piece of me. More like my entire being and I am just a fraction of my own self.
